Had another treatment with Saffy on Thursday. Always nice to see the team at Lorama and catch up. My back is often very tense and uncomfortable due to my job hunched over as a tattooist but Saffy always manages to fix it for me with a deep tissue massage. Always leave feeling super relaxed and usually struggle to speak after being completely out of it! Thanks Saffy and team, see you again soon.

Would truly recommend the shell massage and facial. Came out feeling like a new woman and now have completely knot free shoulders.

I had an amazing Swedish massage from Lauren yesterday. Doing the job I do (personal training) my body is constantly put through it's paces and I need to constantly maintain my strength and fitness. Ultimately, this can lead to a lot of tension. After my massage from Lauren my back felt free and relaxed and, for the first time in ages, I dozed off as soon as my head hit the pillow last night! Looking forward to trying some of the other treatments if they're all as good as that! ��

Ive done two Reiki Courses run by Lauren and it really has been life changing! Everyone’s so supportive and Laroma is such a relaxing environment perfect for improving general wellbeing! Also Lauren’s a fabulous teacher!!

Visited Laroma this evening after only booking the appointment last minute the day before. Warm welcome by all and felt at ease straight away. I had a full body Swedish massage by Jamie on which he focused on places I said I had tension. Although I felt pain I was still very relaxed and very happy. After a chat I’m now returning for further treatments, recommend hot stone massage to help treat shoulder and neck tension. Can’t wait for my next visits. Highly recommend.

So today I had a breath work session with the lovely Monika. I had not tried this before. She was very nice & I found the session really relaxing and something I will try again. It's well worth trying & Laroma is definitely the place to go for a little bit of me time. Really lovely people. See you soon!

Had my first visit to Laroma today for a reiki session with Sarah..the whole experience was first class and very relaxing and all the staff were very friendly…I left feeling very good and will definitely be going back again soon.

Had my 3rd vist here today and it never stops amazing me! The whole experience from walking through the door is relaxing! And the treatments are fantastic! Highly recommend a block booking of reiki with Lauren. Throughout lockdown and navigating new motherhood at the same time, my weekly sessions really helped me to reground and rebalance. I feel able to handle almost anything life can throw at me now with calm, grace and stability. Laroma is always my first port of call when my soul needs a hug, be it reiki or a good massage, never disappoints 😍🌿💚
