Omg what can I say.... My back was in knots and being a fluffy lad was worried about a pretty young lady having to see my body, so saw Alex Vaughan was doing doing treatments. Booking in with 15 mins notice and made me feel really welcome. The message it's self was amazing I felt like a knew person walking out of there... I've booked again and will be using regularly ✌️✌

Yesterday I had a full body Green Tea massage with Saffy, it was truly amazing. I wasn't sure what to expect as I hadn't had a full body massage before but I had nothing to worry about. I was made to feel so welcome, relaxed in an amazing peaceful setting. The Green Tea oil smelt amazing & left my body feeling rejuvenated. Thank you so much to you all.

Just had my first massage at Laroma with Bianca. She was incredible! I've come out feeling rejuvenated and rebooted back to my normal self again. Truly a wonderful masseuse. Lovely environment and the staff couldn't be more welcoming. I'm looking forward to going back soon.

Not normally a massage person, but after feeling like the muscles were going to jump out the back of my neck, my wife booked me in with Jay. Following an hour with him, I’m back in the world of the living, feeling relaxed and human again! He provided great advice as well on preventing the same issues in the future. Great service - highly recommended!

Coming from a medically trained background I was dubious about the use of Reiki healing but battling severe anxiety and depression has made me seek further therapies to aid me back to good health. The outcome has overwhelmed me. The combination of reflexology and reiki has left me feeling dramatically less anxious and with a feeling of being aloud to not always be at my best. Lauren and her team made me feel welcome, relaxed and genuinely cared for. Drawing from her own experiences she understands the importance of both physical and mental health and is open about these experiences to allow the client to feel more at ease. I have already made recommendations having only left the treatment room an hour ago. I will definitely be returning and taking my partner with me. Thank you Lauren!

I was so uncomfortable and in loads of Pain and within one session I felt so much better. Couldn't recommend this enough!! Any questions I had were answered with no hesitation! Really helpful can't wait for my next massage ☺️ x

After 3 nights trucking to Birmingham and back, my lower back and glutes were really aching, thanks to Becki Gardner the new sports masseuse at laroma therapies my back has felt amazing today thank you. Definitely will be needing another treatment soon, and highly recommend if anyone needs a sports massage.

I have had quite a few massages at Laroma now, and they are all fantastic! I always come away relaxed and very sleepy! over the last two weeks I have had Rachel practice her Swedish massage on me and I have seen a great improvement! if anyone gets a chance to have Rachel whilst she is in training you are very lucky! looking forward to my next one next week! x

Stayed in Worthing for two days and visited the salon twice. Once for a healing and reading with Lauren who is so friendly and amazing at what she does. Booked also for a massage on the second day and was lovely. Great pressure and felt so relaxed. The salon is cute and has a lovely atmosphere. All staff are friendly and very professional. Would highly recommend xx

Had another treatment with Saffy on Thursday. Always nice to see the team at Lorama and catch up. My back is often very tense and uncomfortable due to my job hunched over as a tattooist but Saffy always manages to fix it for me with a deep tissue massage. Always leave feeling super relaxed and usually struggle to speak after being completely out of it! Thanks Saffy and team, see you again soon.

Lauren, Alex & their team are all very welcoming & friendly when you arrive. My 15 year old daughter has many complex medical needs, after 3 sessions of treatment with Lauren she has left feeling a lot more relaxed after each one. So much so that we will make this a regular part of her care plan. I also have treatments there & the massages I receive are starting to break down all the muscle tension in my neck & shoulders, not a quick fix here they are so tight but we are getting there slowly & I leave feeling lighter each time. I thoroughly recommend Laroma & tell everyone about them.
