Laroma is the most relaxing, welcoming and calming beauty spa by far. Today I experienced an Indian head massage and also reiki which was just fantastic. Holli has a magic touch and completely relaxed me which is just what I needed. Reiki was the 1st of my course of 6 so I can’t wait to continue the journey. Lauren always kbows what I need from Indian head Massage to Ear candles. Knots removed from my shoulders and back to a facial that makes the skin jump back to life. Amazing person who puts her heart and soul into your treatment Would recommend to everyone excelkent

Went for my first ever massage with my mum today at Laroma Therapies. Wow! The staff are so lovely, got to try herbal tea while mum was having her maggage (thankyou Alex ) I never knew massages could be such a mental thing as much as it is physical. Can't remember the last time I felt this relaxed! Thankyou Lauren! We will defiantly be coming back to try your other relaxing wonders 🙂

Stayed in Worthing for two days and visited the salon twice. Once for a healing and reading with Lauren who is so friendly and amazing at what she does. Booked also for a massage on the second day and was lovely. Great pressure and felt so relaxed. The salon is cute and has a lovely atmosphere. All staff are friendly and very professional. Would highly recommend xx

I went here pre-COVID, for a full body massage, as a present to myself, and it was incredible. The staff ensured my comfort, asking the pressure preferences and made me feel so at ease and relaxed. It relieved a lot of tension and knots and I came out feeling a million dollars! Thank you! Monday, I had a virtual tarot card reading and it was exactly the motivation I needed to kick-start myself back into shape. Not just health and mindset wise but financially too. Lauren was so easy to talk to, I could have stayed on the call all night! Thank you so much!

Had the deep tissue massage with Jay today. Not going to lie it was pretty intense and sometimes uncomfortable.....but MY GOD IT WAS WORTH IT! My right shoulder was very painful and Jay has sorted it out. I had pains and aches I never knew I had. But all gone now. I suffer with chronic spinal pain and have to take pain relief several times a day. I've not even thought about pain this evening (big deal for me) . I hope Lauren, Jay and the rest of the team realise what they do for people, its amazing. 1000000 outta 10. all I can say is bloody fantastic ❤

Wow!! My mum and I had a wonderful afternoon here with one of there relaxing packages the girls were so lovely and the treatments were amazing! Would highly recommend and I can't wait to go again xxx

Lovely Lauren and her husband Alex!! Passionate and fantastic at what they do, made us feel welcome & relaxed from the moment we arrived to the moment we left! We went in a group of 3 for Mother's Day, Lauren made sure we always together drinking herbal tea and making us all pampered and beautiful! I was unsure about what to have but went For Indian head massage and was amazing, highly recommend Lauren and her team! Will be back again shortly for more treatments

Ive done two Reiki Courses run by Lauren and it really has been life changing! Everyone’s so supportive and Laroma is such a relaxing environment perfect for improving general wellbeing! Also Lauren’s a fabulous teacher!!

Visited earlier this week when I was staying in Worthing Monday - Friday. Laroma went above and beyond to try and fit me in at such short notice. Massage was brilliant and the place very relaxing. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning ☺️

I was lucky enough to have a treatment with Lauren which was the Hopi ear candles, it was lovely and relaxing and the difference with my hearing was amazing, hearing things I wouldn't normally hear (minding this was my first treatment of this I was pleasantly surprised). Looking forward to my repeat treatment, clearing my ears further and helping with my sinus issues.
