Can’t believe I’ve only just been to Laroma Therapies when it’s so local! Had a beautiful Indian head massage followed by reflexology. What an amazing treat after so long without having massages!! Very Zen-y, relaxing and spiritual atmosphere. Highly recommend and I intend to book regularly in the future ✨🧘🏽‍♀️

I have always had a calming, relaxing experience and felt cared for at Laroma therapies every time I have come for an appointment. I particularly have enjoyed a few sessions of Reiki a couple of years ago. Most recently, I had Warm Bamboo massage with Hollie for one of their monthly special offers and it was so amazing. Hollie was so friendly and a brilliant masseuse. The massage was luxurious, calming and I left feeling like I was on a cloud. Exactly what I needed after the year we all just had. Laroma offer so many brilliant services and they are a very wholesome, genuinely kind business that always makes you feel welcome. I would highly recommend! ❤️

I just had the best deep tissue massage i think I've ever experienced by Bianca at Laroma Therapies in Worthing. Feeling so relaxed and relieved. They also have heated beds so if you having womanly pains ladies it just takes all the pain away. If you need one pop down it's very worth it!

So today I had a breath work session with the lovely Monika. I had not tried this before. She was very nice & I found the session really relaxing and something I will try again. It's well worth trying & Laroma is definitely the place to go for a little bit of me time. Really lovely people. See you soon!

I had a deep tissue massage today and it was absolutely exactly what I needed. I’ve never had a massage before, so I thought it’d be a bit embarrassing but the masseuse (didn’t get her name - sorry!) was so lovely and I was not once made to feel uncomfortable/embarrassed. I’ve already booked to come back in September, I can’t believe there’s such a great therapy place just round the corner! 10/10 would recommend.

Have seen Lauren twice now and both times I have come out very relaxed. She is amazing, my baby was breeched and we have tried everything, I go and see Lauren and have a massage and baby and I are so relaxed she turns all by herself and is now head down. All within 24 hours. Thank you so much.

wow. Thank you so much for trying to straighten me out again after a year of working non stop in NHS it's taken its toll. Saffy was absolutely amazing and now for the first time in weeks I have not had any tension headaches. I had a lot of back pain when I visited Lauren. I had the hot stone therapy and it was amazing! I felt the relief from my pain immediately and for the rest of the day. I slept so well that night and my back pain was considerably reduced the next day. I have been back since and will continue to see Lauren for massage treatment on a regular basis.

I strongly believe I was meant to meet this lovely lady Lauren at Laroma Therapies at this point in my life! Going through some really tough times, her treatments, such as reiki and massage have helped me mentally with my anxiety as well as physically. I can't recommend her enough..... her main ethos is to spread love and kindness to everyone she meets, she genuinely wants to help as many people as possible, especially those with mental illnesses, which is why her and her team have recently won an award for all they do for the community!!!! Laroma is THE most calm and relaxing place in Worthing. The staff are warm and caring, the rooms are beautiful and relaxing, and the wide range of treatments are delivered superbly.

It was our First visit to Laroma therapies today with my daughter Alice. we had a facial and massage they were fantastic treatments. What a beautiful place!!! Lauren and Alex have made such a relaxing sanctuary and I am proud to be able to join to join their lovely team of therapists. After a lot of massaging of others I was definitely in need of a treatment myself, and have had a wonderful Deep Tissue Massage and Reflexology which was an absolute dream. I found I needed to sleep after which helped my healing. Yesterday I also had a wonderful Bamboo Massage by Alex, which was like heaven!! The bamboo melted my muscle tension and I felt amazing after!! Would definitely recommend Alex's Bamboo Massage to anyone needing a some stress & tension relief 🙂
