Yesterday I had a full body Green Tea massage with Saffy, it was truly amazing. I wasn't sure what to expect as I hadn't had a full body massage before but I had nothing to worry about. I was made to feel so welcome, relaxed in an amazing peaceful setting. The Green Tea oil smelt amazing & left my body feeling rejuvenated. Thank you so much to you all.

Had a deep tissue massage with Lauren today, I told her that I had some neck and back pain due to the job I work in. I was so relaxed and comfortable throughout and was able to get some serious tension and knots in my back. I was advised to try the hot stone as it will benefit getting rid of the knots better! Will definitely be going back and would highly recommend!

I have now been to Lauren a couple of times for massage and reflexology and have found her to be fantastic. She has really helped make progress on my knotted shoulders and having tried reflexology for the first time I would definitely recommend it. Wow!! My mum and I had a wonderful afternoon here with one of there relaxing packages the girls were so lovely and the treatments were amazing! Would highly recommend and I can't wait to go again xxx

what an amazing hidden gem I contacted Lauren last minute for a bit of self care that was so needed she went above and beyond to fit me in had the most relaxing 50 minutes first massage post lock down and I WILL be back ALOT thankyou so much Holly you were amazing amd so lovely can't recommend this place enough 😊

Visited earlier this week when I was staying in Worthing Monday - Friday. Laroma went above and beyond to try and fit me in at such short notice. Massage was brilliant and the place very relaxing. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning ☺️

wow. Thank you so much for trying to straighten me out again after a year of working non stop in NHS it's taken its toll. Laroma is the most relaxing, welcoming and calming beauty spa by far. Today I experienced an Indian head massage and also reiki which was just fantastic. Holli has a magic touch and completely relaxed me which is just what I needed. Reiki was the 1st of my course of 6 so I can’t wait to continue the journey. Had another treatment with Saffy on Thursday. Always nice to see the team at Lorama and catch up. My back is often very tense and uncomfortable due to my job hunched over as a tattooist but Saffy always manages to fix it for me with a deep tissue massage. Always leave feeling super relaxed and usually struggle to speak after being completely out of it! Thanks Saffy and team, see you again soon.

I have had quite a few massages at Laroma now, and they are all fantastic! I always come away relaxed and very sleepy! over the last two weeks I have had Rachel practice her Swedish massage on me and I have seen a great improvement! if anyone gets a chance to have Rachel whilst she is in training you are very lucky! looking forward to my next one next week! x
