So I'm 15 weeks pregnant and I am currently suffering with headaches and migraines. So I though it would be a good idea to treat myself and have a bit of me time (pregnancy massage). The best idea ever ! Was so relaxing and Laura herself did the massage. She's brilliant and so friendly. Going to have to treat my self more often !!! Thanks for getting rid of my 3 day headache !!!! Treated myself to an Indian head massage and can honestly say it left me feeling so relaxed and de stressed! Such a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere and felt totally at ease the minute I walked through the door. Lauren was so professional and tailored my treatment to what my body needed. Today i had a Hot Stone and Warm bamboo combo. From the moment i arrived i was put at ease, shuch relaxing surroundings. The treatment itself was in my opinion the best ive ever had! I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Not normally a massage person, but after feeling like the muscles were going to jump out the back of my neck, my wife booked me in with Jay. Following an hour with him, I’m back in the world of the living, feeling relaxed and human again! He provided great advice as well on preventing the same issues in the future. Great service - highly recommended!

Went for my first ever massage with my mum today at Laroma Therapies. Wow! The staff are so lovely, got to try herbal tea while mum was having her maggage (thankyou Alex ) I never knew massages could be such a mental thing as much as it is physical. Can't remember the last time I felt this relaxed! Thankyou Lauren! We will defiantly be coming back to try your other relaxing wonders 🙂

Had another treatment with Saffy on Thursday. Always nice to see the team at Lorama and catch up. My back is often very tense and uncomfortable due to my job hunched over as a tattooist but Saffy always manages to fix it for me with a deep tissue massage. Always leave feeling super relaxed and usually struggle to speak after being completely out of it! Thanks Saffy and team, see you again soon.

I had a full body massage today with Sarah. She truly is a magician. This was a birthday treat from my daughter, and the 4th time I'd visited. The moment you walk through the door, you are transported to a different world - cold Worthing outside, warm beautifully scented, relaxing music inside. I left feeling like I was floating on air. Great pre, and after care service. A very professional caring experience. Highly recommended.

So yesterday I had a warm bamboo massage with Alex and I think it was the most therapeutic massage I have ever experienced. After your body is massaged with warm oil the hot bamboo canes are rolled over your body almost "ironing out" all the knots and you can ask to adapt the pressure according to what you feel is the most beneficial for you. I could definitely feel the benefit although I was a bit stiff today ! I'm guessing that rolling the canes over your thighs etc..helps to dispel the toxins and fat cells. It was so good I am having another one in a couple of weeks !! Please, please make an effort to visit this wonderful place and experience their great range of treatments xx

Laroma is the most relaxing, welcoming and calming beauty spa by far. Today I experienced an Indian head massage and also reiki which was just fantastic. Holli has a magic touch and completely relaxed me which is just what I needed. Reiki was the 1st of my course of 6 so I can’t wait to continue the journey. Thank you so much to Lauren who has created the most beautiful place with outstanding therapists. So much passion, pride and thought put into everything. My partner has also had a full body massage here and was so happy with his treatment. 100% recommended xx
