Laroma is such a fantastic space to relax and have treatments. I have had a variety of treatments and all have been amazing - in particular the deep tissue massage (proper deep tissue, not the kind of gentle tickling you sometimes get!), hot stone massage (and recently the hot stone facial 😍), Indian head massage, reiki and reflexology are all really fantastic. The offers/combos and membership deals are very good value and they also offer regular model appointments at discounted rates. I love my time and treatments at Laroma and can’t recommend it highly enough!

I had a full body massage today with Sarah. She truly is a magician. This was a birthday treat from my daughter, and the 4th time I'd visited. The moment you walk through the door, you are transported to a different world - cold Worthing outside, warm beautifully scented, relaxing music inside. I left feeling like I was floating on air. Great pre, and after care service. A very professional caring experience. Highly recommended.

So today I had a breath work session with the lovely Monika. I had not tried this before. She was very nice & I found the session really relaxing and something I will try again. It's well worth trying & Laroma is definitely the place to go for a little bit of me time. Really lovely people. See you soon!

Visited earlier this week when I was staying in Worthing Monday - Friday. Laroma went above and beyond to try and fit me in at such short notice. Massage was brilliant and the place very relaxing. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning ☺️

I had a reflexology session with Lauren and feel completely fantastic. I was so impressed that she picked up on my asthma and ear problems which I had forgotten to mention. She really knows her stuff. Can't wait for my next session.

I've recently had Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT) with Lauren, and I can honestly say it has changed the way I think and feel about myself. It's helped me to see unhelpful patterns of thinking that I didn't realise I was having. I've suffered previously with anxiety and depression and this has really helped to alleviate the symptoms and helped me to move forwards. I cannot recommend this treatment enough. Lot's of positivity now!

I had few days ago a massage therapy with Hollie at Laroma Therapy. I really recommend Hollie for a massage! She is great! Very intuitive! She usually works my back very well in the area of ribs, but this time insisted on my shoulders and back of head. Amazing, was the exact place I needed more massage. 😃 Thank you Hollie! Can't wait for the next one!

Lauren, Alex & their team are all very welcoming & friendly when you arrive. My 15 year old daughter has many complex medical needs, after 3 sessions of treatment with Lauren she has left feeling a lot more relaxed after each one. So much so that we will make this a regular part of her care plan. I also have treatments there & the massages I receive are starting to break down all the muscle tension in my neck & shoulders, not a quick fix here they are so tight but we are getting there slowly & I leave feeling lighter each time. I thoroughly recommend Laroma & tell everyone about them.

Wow! My friend & I came along on Saturday for the woodland massage. Firstly I'll say what a little bit of heaven, peace & tranquility Laroma is. Beautifully decorated & made to feel so welcome & relaxed. We started off with a foot sauna-unsure of what it would be like, I can say that it was lovely. The heat was welcome on my feet & ankles & it helped ease the usual pains I feel with my joints. Next up was the woodland massage, I had Bianca who was amazing. She made me feel so welcome & comfortable. She really understood which areas to work on to ease my pain & the massage was incredible! The wooden tools were used to work on different areas & feeling them help to release the tension in my back was utterly surprising! After being able to move without the restriction & pain I usually have in my back was wonderful. I still am able to move a lot easier. It was much needed time for myself & I can't wait to go back, so much so that I'm booked in for this Saturday too. Thank you to the wonderful Laroma Team xxx
