I was lucky enough to have a treatment with Lauren which was the Hopi ear candles, it was lovely and relaxing and the difference with my hearing was amazing, hearing things I wouldn't normally hear (minding this was my first treatment of this I was pleasantly surprised). Looking forward to my repeat treatment, clearing my ears further and helping with my sinus issues.

Simply WOW! I felt as if I was hovering in a threshold state of consciousness but aware of my surroundings and deeply indrawn...almost like a meditative state, of truthfully speaking I did not want to come out of! The immediate release of stress and a feeling of deep relaxation consumed my emotions...an experience I encourage everyone to have! For the first time in years following many adversities and struggles I had a sense of being, more centered and poised and less reactive, and more importantly....I'VE BEEN ABLE TO SLEEP! Lauren has amazing healing ways of which are completely indescribable xx

So yesterday I had a warm bamboo massage with Alex and I think it was the most therapeutic massage I have ever experienced. After your body is massaged with warm oil the hot bamboo canes are rolled over your body almost "ironing out" all the knots and you can ask to adapt the pressure according to what you feel is the most beneficial for you. I could definitely feel the benefit although I was a bit stiff today ! I'm guessing that rolling the canes over your thighs etc..helps to dispel the toxins and fat cells. It was so good I am having another one in a couple of weeks !! Please, please make an effort to visit this wonderful place and experience their great range of treatments xx

wow. Thank you so much for trying to straighten me out again after a year of working non stop in NHS it's taken its toll. Saffy was absolutely amazing and now for the first time in weeks I have not had any tension headaches. I felt totally at ease and I now feel a whole lot better. thank you so much and I'm definitely looking forward to the next one.

Had a deep tissue massage with Lauren today, I told her that I had some neck and back pain due to the job I work in. I was so relaxed and comfortable throughout and was able to get some serious tension and knots in my back. I was advised to try the hot stone as it will benefit getting rid of the knots better! Will definitely be going back and would highly recommend!

Had my first visit to Laroma today for a reiki session with Sarah..the whole experience was first class and very relaxing and all the staff were very friendly…I left feeling very good and will definitely be going back again soon.

Highly recommend Jamie and all the team at Laroma, always such a nice place to go and relax. Lauren has done an amazing job at creating a great team and fantastic location. Please go and see them, much better than any spar day as the service is so much more friendly.

Lovely Lauren and her husband Alex!! Passionate and fantastic at what they do, made us feel welcome & relaxed from the moment we arrived to the moment we left! We went in a group of 3 for Mother's Day, Lauren made sure we always together drinking herbal tea and making us all pampered and beautiful! I was unsure about what to have but went For Indian head massage and was amazing, highly recommend Lauren and her team! Will be back again shortly for more treatments

So I'm 15 weeks pregnant and I am currently suffering with headaches and migraines. So I though it would be a good idea to treat myself and have a bit of me time (pregnancy massage). The best idea ever ! Was so relaxing and Laura herself did the massage. She's brilliant and so friendly. Going to have to treat my self more often !!! Thanks for getting rid of my 3 day headache !!!! Today i had a Hot Stone and Warm bamboo combo. From the moment i arrived i was put at ease, shuch relaxing surroundings. The treatment itself was in my opinion the best ive ever had! I would highly recommend this to anyone.
