I had few days ago a massage therapy with Hollie at Laroma Therapy. I really recommend Hollie for a massage! She is great! Very intuitive! She usually works my back very well in the area of ribs, but this time insisted on my shoulders and back of head. Amazing, was the exact place I needed more massage. 😃 Thank you Hollie! After 3 nights trucking to Birmingham and back, my lower back and glutes were really aching, thanks to Becki Gardner the new sports masseuse at laroma therapies my back has felt amazing today thank you. Definitely will be needing another treatment soon, and highly recommend if anyone needs a sports massage.

Had an amazing 1 hour Full Body Massage along with an hours facial which included an Indian head massage. The staff are lovely and very friendly which instantly makes you feel comfortable. I have been lucky enough to get close with the beautiful team here at Laroma for the past few months, helping Lauren at reception and in return gaining qualifications I would never of thought in my wildest dreams I would be able to do or achieve. I still have a long way to go but Lauren makes it all seem so doable. I honestly am blessed to have the love and support that I do from Lauren, Bianca and Saffy and couldn't have asked for more positive, happy beautiful souls to work along side. I'm treated to a lovely treatment once a week as Lauren believes it is important for us all to look and feel as good as we aim to make our clients feel and the treatments I have had from Bianca are well and truly out of this world. Really couldn't feel luckier to have this opportunity. Laroma is now my safe place, no matter what is going on in the outside world it melts away being here. It really is the healing touch.

I had the most incredibly relaxing pregnancy massage today. Lauren was lovely and so knowledgeable and clearly experienced in what she does. The setting was beautiful and I left feeling like I could walk on air. Highly recommend and I will definitely be returning.

Laroma is such a fantastic space to relax and have treatments. I have had a variety of treatments and all have been amazing - in particular the deep tissue massage (proper deep tissue, not the kind of gentle tickling you sometimes get!), hot stone massage (and recently the hot stone facial 😍), Indian head massage, reiki and reflexology are all really fantastic. The offers/combos and membership deals are very good value and they also offer regular model appointments at discounted rates. I love my time and treatments at Laroma and can’t recommend it highly enough!

So I'm 15 weeks pregnant and I am currently suffering with headaches and migraines. So I though it would be a good idea to treat myself and have a bit of me time (pregnancy massage). The best idea ever ! Was so relaxing and Laura herself did the massage. She's brilliant and so friendly. Going to have to treat my self more often !!! Thanks for getting rid of my 3 day headache !!!! I've recently had Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT) with Lauren, and I can honestly say it has changed the way I think and feel about myself. It's helped me to see unhelpful patterns of thinking that I didn't realise I was having. I've suffered previously with anxiety and depression and this has really helped to alleviate the symptoms and helped me to move forwards. I cannot recommend this treatment enough. Lot's of positivity now!

I've been having a course with Holli of Indian Head Massage along with Reiki to release tension in my neck, shoulders and head. Today I treated myself and had a full body massage as well and WOW! The regular deep knots in my back are no more 😍 instead of a deep tissue pressure massage it was a lovely relaxing experience 💖 Wonderful afternoon in my happy place with amazing therapists

I had a lot of back pain when I visited Lauren. I had the hot stone therapy and it was amazing! I felt the relief from my pain immediately and for the rest of the day. I slept so well that night and my back pain was considerably reduced the next day. I have been back since and will continue to see Lauren for massage treatment on a regular basis.

Today i had a Hot Stone and Warm bamboo combo. From the moment i arrived i was put at ease, shuch relaxing surroundings. The treatment itself was in my opinion the best ive ever had! I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Was my second visit to Laroma Therapies and I had a hot stone massage by Keturah it was amazing released all the tension in my back neck and shoulders and was in a total state of relaxation would highly recommend and will be going back 💤
