I've had a couple of treatments with lauren and more booked in as I can't stay away. She is very welcoming and the atmosphere is calming and relaxing just what you need for a bit of you time. Every treatment I've came away feeling so relaxed. The reflexology I was very skeptical about as I've heard it helps with labour I had tried everything I was 41+2 so I thought I would give it a go,.lauren completely relaxed me and that's what brought on my labour that night my contractions started, she has the magic touch and would highly recommend her to everyone. I have been lucky enough to get close with the beautiful team here at Laroma for the past few months, helping Lauren at reception and in return gaining qualifications I would never of thought in my wildest dreams I would be able to do or achieve. I still have a long way to go but Lauren makes it all seem so doable. I honestly am blessed to have the love and support that I do from Lauren, Bianca and Saffy and couldn't have asked for more positive, happy beautiful souls to work along side. I'm treated to a lovely treatment once a week as Lauren believes it is important for us all to look and feel as good as we aim to make our clients feel and the treatments I have had from Bianca are well and truly out of this world. Really couldn't feel luckier to have this opportunity. Laroma is now my safe place, no matter what is going on in the outside world it melts away being here. It really is the healing touch.

Highly recommend a block booking of reiki with Lauren. Throughout lockdown and navigating new motherhood at the same time, my weekly sessions really helped me to reground and rebalance. I feel able to handle almost anything life can throw at me now with calm, grace and stability. Yesterday I had a full body Green Tea massage with Saffy, it was truly amazing. I wasn't sure what to expect as I hadn't had a full body massage before but I had nothing to worry about. I was made to feel so welcome, relaxed in an amazing peaceful setting. The Green Tea oil smelt amazing & left my body feeling rejuvenated. Thank you so much to you all.

I've recently had Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT) with Lauren, and I can honestly say it has changed the way I think and feel about myself. It's helped me to see unhelpful patterns of thinking that I didn't realise I was having. I've suffered previously with anxiety and depression and this has really helped to alleviate the symptoms and helped me to move forwards. I cannot recommend this treatment enough. Lot's of positivity now!
