I've been having a course with Holli of Indian Head Massage along with Reiki to release tension in my neck, shoulders and head. Today I treated myself and had a full body massage as well and WOW! The regular deep knots in my back are no more 😍 instead of a deep tissue pressure massage it was a lovely relaxing experience 💖 Wonderful afternoon in my happy place with amazing therapists

I have been lucky enough to get close with the beautiful team here at Laroma for the past few months, helping Lauren at reception and in return gaining qualifications I would never of thought in my wildest dreams I would be able to do or achieve. I still have a long way to go but Lauren makes it all seem so doable. I honestly am blessed to have the love and support that I do from Lauren, Bianca and Saffy and couldn't have asked for more positive, happy beautiful souls to work along side. I'm treated to a lovely treatment once a week as Lauren believes it is important for us all to look and feel as good as we aim to make our clients feel and the treatments I have had from Bianca are well and truly out of this world. Really couldn't feel luckier to have this opportunity. Laroma is now my safe place, no matter what is going on in the outside world it melts away being here. It really is the healing touch.

Had my first ever facial today with lauren and I loved it! Definitely feel a lot more fresh and my skin feels amazing! I felt so relaxed and comfortable with lauren. Will be a regular treatment for sure.

Simply WOW! I felt as if I was hovering in a threshold state of consciousness but aware of my surroundings and deeply indrawn...almost like a meditative state, of truthfully speaking I did not want to come out of! The immediate release of stress and a feeling of deep relaxation consumed my emotions...an experience I encourage everyone to have! For the first time in years following many adversities and struggles I had a sense of being, more centered and poised and less reactive, and more importantly....I'VE BEEN ABLE TO SLEEP! Stayed in Worthing for two days and visited the salon twice. Once for a healing and reading with Lauren who is so friendly and amazing at what she does. Booked also for a massage on the second day and was lovely. Great pressure and felt so relaxed. The salon is cute and has a lovely atmosphere. All staff are friendly and very professional. Would highly recommend xx

Coming from a medically trained background I was dubious about the use of Reiki healing but battling severe anxiety and depression has made me seek further therapies to aid me back to good health. The outcome has overwhelmed me. The combination of reflexology and reiki has left me feeling dramatically less anxious and with a feeling of being aloud to not always be at my best. Lauren and her team made me feel welcome, relaxed and genuinely cared for. Drawing from her own experiences she understands the importance of both physical and mental health and is open about these experiences to allow the client to feel more at ease. I have already made recommendations having only left the treatment room an hour ago. I will definitely be returning and taking my partner with me. Thank you Lauren!

Had a really nice and relaxing full body massage with Holly and she found a horrible unknown to me knot and got rid of it with complete ease. Lovely staff, and is a really comfortable environment. Highly reccomend this place!

I've had a couple of treatments with lauren and more booked in as I can't stay away. She is very welcoming and the atmosphere is calming and relaxing just what you need for a bit of you time. Every treatment I've came away feeling so relaxed. The reflexology I was very skeptical about as I've heard it helps with labour I had tried everything I was 41+2 so I thought I would give it a go,.lauren completely relaxed me and that's what brought on my labour that night my contractions started, she has the magic touch and would highly recommend her to everyone. Omg what can I say.... My back was in knots and being a fluffy lad was worried about a pretty young lady having to see my body, so saw Alex Vaughan was doing doing treatments. Booking in with 15 mins notice and made me feel really welcome. The message it's self was amazing I felt like a knew person walking out of there... I've booked again and will be using regularly ✌️✌

I had few days ago a massage therapy with Hollie at Laroma Therapy. I really recommend Hollie for a massage! She is great! Very intuitive! She usually works my back very well in the area of ribs, but this time insisted on my shoulders and back of head. Amazing, was the exact place I needed more massage. 😃 Thank you Hollie! Can't wait for the next one!

Today i had a Hot Stone and Warm bamboo combo. From the moment i arrived i was put at ease, shuch relaxing surroundings. The treatment itself was in my opinion the best ive ever had! I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Had a fantastic full Swedish body massage & Indian head massage at Laroma today. A very relaxing experience in a lovely spa setting.

I have been extremely stressed recently. I needed some me time and some relaxation. This was 100% the right place. I had an indian head massage , reiki and a full body massage which was a little de stress package. Each treatment was fantasic. Lauren also gave me some tips and was a great listener. I cant recommend this more if you need to reset your life/mood/ have some me time. I have woken up this morning in a totally different head space and ready to take on the world . Thank you everyone at Laroma for being so welcoming and kind.

I had a lovely Swedish full body massage followed by a facial by the wonderful Sarah! The massage was the perfect pressure and I felt very relaxed after my treatments, I would highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So today I had a breath work session with the lovely Monika. I had not tried this before. She was very nice & I found the session really relaxing and something I will try again. It's well worth trying & Laroma is definitely the place to go for a little bit of me time. Really lovely people. See you soon!

What a beautiful place!!! Lauren and Alex have made such a relaxing sanctuary and I am proud to be able to join to join their lovely team of therapists. After a lot of massaging of others I was definitely in need of a treatment myself, and have had a wonderful Deep Tissue Massage and Reflexology which was an absolute dream. I found I needed to sleep after which helped my healing. Yesterday I also had a wonderful Bamboo Massage by Alex, which was like heaven!! The bamboo melted my muscle tension and I felt amazing after!! Would definitely recommend Alex's Bamboo Massage to anyone needing a some stress & tension relief 🙂
