I had a full body massage today with Sarah. She truly is a magician. This was a birthday treat from my daughter, and the 4th time I'd visited. The moment you walk through the door, you are transported to a different world - cold Worthing outside, warm beautifully scented, relaxing music inside. I left feeling like I was floating on air. Great pre, and after care service. A very professional caring experience. Highly recommended.

Simply WOW! I felt as if I was hovering in a threshold state of consciousness but aware of my surroundings and deeply indrawn...almost like a meditative state, of truthfully speaking I did not want to come out of! The immediate release of stress and a feeling of deep relaxation consumed my emotions...an experience I encourage everyone to have! For the first time in years following many adversities and struggles I had a sense of being, more centered and poised and less reactive, and more importantly....I'VE BEEN ABLE TO SLEEP! Had another treatment with Saffy on Thursday. Always nice to see the team at Lorama and catch up. My back is often very tense and uncomfortable due to my job hunched over as a tattooist but Saffy always manages to fix it for me with a deep tissue massage. Always leave feeling super relaxed and usually struggle to speak after being completely out of it! Thanks Saffy and team, see you again soon.

Omg what can I say.... My back was in knots and being a fluffy lad was worried about a pretty young lady having to see my body, so saw Alex Vaughan was doing doing treatments. Booking in with 15 mins notice and made me feel really welcome. The message it's self was amazing I felt like a knew person walking out of there... I've booked again and will be using regularly ✌️✌

I recently had a series of 6 sessions of Reiki from Hollie, she was fantastic. Arriving straight from work she always made sure I was nicely relaxed before commencing. She had a knack of putting me at ease before starting. I come of out of each session feeling really relaxed. I would highly recommend Reiki sessions with Hollie.

Great relaxing atmosphere. I have had a number of treatments with a number of different therapists every experience was as good as the last, I cannot recommend enough and will be returning as often as possible.

A huge thank you to Jamie for amazing treatments on Saturday that restored my sense of calm and inner peace. I had a very indulgent hot stones back, neck and shoulders, de stress legs followed off by reiki. I’ve been feeling burned out and l left feeling revived and like I’d a lovely me time experience. Such lovely surroundings and friendly, caring staff. It’s like a special little oasis in Worthing. Will definitely be making this a regular treat. Thank you 😊 😊

Just had my first massage at Laroma with Bianca. She was incredible! I've come out feeling rejuvenated and rebooted back to my normal self again. Truly a wonderful masseuse. Lovely environment and the staff couldn't be more welcoming. I'm looking forward to going back soon.
