I've recently had Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT) with Lauren, and I can honestly say it has changed the way I think and feel about myself. It's helped me to see unhelpful patterns of thinking that I didn't realise I was having. I've suffered previously with anxiety and depression and this has really helped to alleviate the symptoms and helped me to move forwards. I cannot recommend this treatment enough. Lot's of positivity now!

Had a really nice and relaxing full body massage with Holly and she found a horrible unknown to me knot and got rid of it with complete ease. Lovely staff, and is a really comfortable environment. Highly reccomend this place!

I visited Lauren a couple of months ago for a course of Reiki treatments. Lauren is warm and passionate about what she does and really wants to help people inside as well as making them look beautiful outside. I felt much more relaxed and positive after the Reiki. I also had a hot stone massage and a mini facial all of which I can recommend. She offers a huge range of treatments, many more than I have seen anywhere else. Her therapy room is tastefully decorated making it very easy to relax there.

Warm Bamboo Massage was incredible. So relaxing and to follow an Express Facial, just wow. Staff are so friendly. A wonderful place. I will be a regular.

I took my son for a mini treatment after seeing a post about helping kids to relax, help with anxieties and sleep. He was very nervous but the staff are so friendly and understanding and there was no pressure - he loved it! And has asked if we can go back regularly - as if I need an excuse!

Had an amazing 1 hour Full Body Massage along with an hours facial which included an Indian head massage. The staff are lovely and very friendly which instantly makes you feel comfortable. Such a relaxing experience, I felt like a new person leaving. I can't believe I've never been here before, I've already booked my next appointment and I highly recommend Laroma. Thank you ladies. xx

Stayed in Worthing for two days and visited the salon twice. Once for a healing and reading with Lauren who is so friendly and amazing at what she does. Booked also for a massage on the second day and was lovely. Great pressure and felt so relaxed. The salon is cute and has a lovely atmosphere. All staff are friendly and very professional. Would highly recommend xx

I had an amazing Swedish massage from Lauren yesterday. Doing the job I do (personal training) my body is constantly put through it's paces and I need to constantly maintain my strength and fitness. Ultimately, this can lead to a lot of tension. After my massage from Lauren my back felt free and relaxed and, for the first time in ages, I dozed off as soon as my head hit the pillow last night! Looking forward to trying some of the other treatments if they're all as good as that! ��

I went here pre-COVID, for a full body massage, as a present to myself, and it was incredible. The staff ensured my comfort, asking the pressure preferences and made me feel so at ease and relaxed. It relieved a lot of tension and knots and I came out feeling a million dollars! Thank you! Monday, I had a virtual tarot card reading and it was exactly the motivation I needed to kick-start myself back into shape. Not just health and mindset wise but financially too. Yesterday I had a full body Green Tea massage with Saffy, it was truly amazing. I wasn't sure what to expect as I hadn't had a full body massage before but I had nothing to worry about. I was made to feel so welcome, relaxed in an amazing peaceful setting. The Green Tea oil smelt amazing & left my body feeling rejuvenated. Thank you so much to you all.
