Today i had a Hot Stone and Warm bamboo combo. From the moment i arrived i was put at ease, shuch relaxing surroundings. The treatment itself was in my opinion the best ive ever had! I would highly recommend this to anyone.

I have now been to Lauren a couple of times for massage and reflexology and have found her to be fantastic. She has really helped make progress on my knotted shoulders and having tried reflexology for the first time I would definitely recommend it. Yesterday I had a full body Green Tea massage with Saffy, it was truly amazing. I wasn't sure what to expect as I hadn't had a full body massage before but I had nothing to worry about. I was made to feel so welcome, relaxed in an amazing peaceful setting. The Green Tea oil smelt amazing & left my body feeling rejuvenated. Thank you so much to you all.

So yesterday I had a warm bamboo massage with Alex and I think it was the most therapeutic massage I have ever experienced. After your body is massaged with warm oil the hot bamboo canes are rolled over your body almost "ironing out" all the knots and you can ask to adapt the pressure according to what you feel is the most beneficial for you. I could definitely feel the benefit although I was a bit stiff today ! I'm guessing that rolling the canes over your thighs etc..helps to dispel the toxins and fat cells. It was so good I am having another one in a couple of weeks !! Please, please make an effort to visit this wonderful place and experience their great range of treatments xx

I've had a couple of treatments with lauren and more booked in as I can't stay away. She is very welcoming and the atmosphere is calming and relaxing just what you need for a bit of you time. Every treatment I've came away feeling so relaxed. The reflexology I was very skeptical about as I've heard it helps with labour I had tried everything I was 41+2 so I thought I would give it a go,.lauren completely relaxed me and that's what brought on my labour that night my contractions started, she has the magic touch and would highly recommend her to everyone. Lovely Lauren and her husband Alex!! Passionate and fantastic at what they do, made us feel welcome & relaxed from the moment we arrived to the moment we left! We went in a group of 3 for Mother's Day, Lauren made sure we always together drinking herbal tea and making us all pampered and beautiful! I was unsure about what to have but went For Indian head massage and was amazing, highly recommend Lauren and her team! Will be back again shortly for more treatments

Visited Laroma this evening after only booking the appointment last minute the day before. Warm welcome by all and felt at ease straight away. I had a full body Swedish massage by Jamie on which he focused on places I said I had tension. Although I felt pain I was still very relaxed and very happy. After a chat I’m now returning for further treatments, recommend hot stone massage to help treat shoulder and neck tension. Can’t wait for my next visits. Highly recommend.

Omg what can I say.... My back was in knots and being a fluffy lad was worried about a pretty young lady having to see my body, so saw Alex Vaughan was doing doing treatments. Booking in with 15 mins notice and made me feel really welcome. The message it's self was amazing I felt like a knew person walking out of there... I've booked again and will be using regularly ✌️✌

I have been lucky enough to get close with the beautiful team here at Laroma for the past few months, helping Lauren at reception and in return gaining qualifications I would never of thought in my wildest dreams I would be able to do or achieve. Had a deep tissue massage with Lauren today, I told her that I had some neck and back pain due to the job I work in. I was so relaxed and comfortable throughout and was able to get some serious tension and knots in my back. I was advised to try the hot stone as it will benefit getting rid of the knots better! Will definitely be going back and would highly recommend!

Went for my first ever massage with my mum today at Laroma Therapies. Wow! The staff are so lovely, got to try herbal tea while mum was having her maggage (thankyou Alex ) I never knew massages could be such a mental thing as much as it is physical. I had an amazing Swedish massage from Lauren yesterday. Doing the job I do (personal training) my body is constantly put through it's paces and I need to constantly maintain my strength and fitness. Ultimately, this can lead to a lot of tension. After my massage from Lauren my back felt free and relaxed and, for the first time in ages, I dozed off as soon as my head hit the pillow last night! Looking forward to trying some of the other treatments if they're all as good as that! ��
