I've recently had Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT) with Lauren, and I can honestly say it has changed the way I think and feel about myself. It's helped me to see unhelpful patterns of thinking that I didn't realise I was having. I've suffered previously with anxiety and depression and this has really helped to alleviate the symptoms and helped me to move forwards. I cannot recommend this treatment enough. Lot's of positivity now!

Had an amazing Indian Head Massage today at Laroma. I was feeling lethargic and the weather was affecting my sinuses but I feel fantastic now! Thank you, I'll be booking another treatment very soon �

Omg what can I say.... My back was in knots and being a fluffy lad was worried about a pretty young lady having to see my body, so saw Alex Vaughan was doing doing treatments. Booking in with 15 mins notice and made me feel really welcome. The message it's self was amazing I felt like a knew person walking out of there... I've booked again and will be using regularly ✌️✌

So today I had a breath work session with the lovely Monika. I had not tried this before. She was very nice & I found the session really relaxing and something I will try again. It's well worth trying & Laroma is definitely the place to go for a little bit of me time. Really lovely people. See you soon!

I strongly believe I was meant to meet this lovely lady Lauren at Laroma Therapies at this point in my life! Going through some really tough times, her treatments, such as reiki and massage have helped me mentally with my anxiety as well as physically. I can't recommend her enough..... her main ethos is to spread love and kindness to everyone she meets, she genuinely wants to help as many people as possible, especially those with mental illnesses, which is why her and her team have recently won an award for all they do for the community!!!! I had a lot of back pain when I visited Lauren. I had the hot stone therapy and it was amazing! I felt the relief from my pain immediately and for the rest of the day. I slept so well that night and my back pain was considerably reduced the next day. I have been back since and will continue to see Lauren for massage treatment on a regular basis.

Lauren, Alex & their team are all very welcoming & friendly when you arrive. My 15 year old daughter has many complex medical needs, after 3 sessions of treatment with Lauren she has left feeling a lot more relaxed after each one. So much so that we will make this a regular part of her care plan. I also have treatments there & the massages I receive are starting to break down all the muscle tension in my neck & shoulders, not a quick fix here they are so tight but we are getting there slowly & I leave feeling lighter each time. I thoroughly recommend Laroma & tell everyone about them.

wow. Thank you so much for trying to straighten me out again after a year of working non stop in NHS it's taken its toll. Saffy was absolutely amazing and now for the first time in weeks I have not had any tension headaches. I have been lucky enough to get close with the beautiful team here at Laroma for the past few months, helping Lauren at reception and in return gaining qualifications I would never of thought in my wildest dreams I would be able to do or achieve. I still have a long way to go but Lauren makes it all seem so doable. I honestly am blessed to have the love and support that I do from Lauren, Bianca and Saffy and couldn't have asked for more positive, happy beautiful souls to work along side. I'm treated to a lovely treatment once a week as Lauren believes it is important for us all to look and feel as good as we aim to make our clients feel and the treatments I have had from Bianca are well and truly out of this world. Really couldn't feel luckier to have this opportunity. Laroma is now my safe place, no matter what is going on in the outside world it melts away being here. It really is the healing touch.
