I took my son for a mini treatment after seeing a post about helping kids to relax, help with anxieties and sleep. He was very nervous but the staff are so friendly and understanding and there was no pressure - he loved it! And has asked if we can go back regularly - as if I need an excuse!

Laroma is the most relaxing, welcoming and calming beauty spa by far. Today I experienced an Indian head massage and also reiki which was just fantastic. Holli has a magic touch and completely relaxed me which is just what I needed. Reiki was the 1st of my course of 6 so I can’t wait to continue the journey. Thank you so much to Lauren who has created the most beautiful place with outstanding therapists. So much passion, pride and thought put into everything. My partner has also had a full body massage here and was so happy with his treatment. 100% recommended xx

Have seen Lauren twice now and both times I have come out very relaxed. She is amazing, my baby was breeched and we have tried everything, I go and see Lauren and have a massage and baby and I are so relaxed she turns all by herself and is now head down. All within 24 hours. Thank you so much.

I had a deep tissue massage today and it was absolutely exactly what I needed. I’ve never had a massage before, so I thought it’d be a bit embarrassing but the masseuse (didn’t get her name - sorry!) was so lovely and I was not once made to feel uncomfortable/embarrassed. I’ve already booked to come back in September, I can’t believe there’s such a great therapy place just round the corner! 10/10 would recommend.

Coming from a medically trained background I was dubious about the use of Reiki healing but battling severe anxiety and depression has made me seek further therapies to aid me back to good health. The outcome has overwhelmed me. The combination of reflexology and reiki has left me feeling dramatically less anxious and with a feeling of being aloud to not always be at my best. Lauren and her team made me feel welcome, relaxed and genuinely cared for. Drawing from her own experiences she understands the importance of both physical and mental health and is open about these experiences to allow the client to feel more at ease. I have already made recommendations having only left the treatment room an hour ago. I will definitely be returning and taking my partner with me. Thank you Lauren!
