I love the energy at Laroma. The place and all who works there makes you feel welcomed and relaxed (+ there is actual space for you to relax before and after your treatment). I am currently seeing @bianca barker for deep tissue massage. She definitely has a gift when it’s comes to body work. She knows how to massage my body, find the spots that needs attention and “unknot” me. Highly recommended!

I had a reflexology session with Lauren and feel completely fantastic. I was so impressed that she picked up on my asthma and ear problems which I had forgotten to mention. She really knows her stuff. Can't wait for my next session.

I can highly recommend Laroma I have been there a couple of times now and wont be going anywhere else. As soon as you walk in you feel relaxed and switch off, the staff are all so lovely and welcoming. I had a Swedish massage done by Hollie today, after a long week with lots of heavy lifting been a dog groomer it was just what I needed. Looking forward to my next visit already!

Just had my first massage at Laroma with Bianca. She was incredible! I've come out feeling rejuvenated and rebooted back to my normal self again. Truly a wonderful masseuse. Lovely environment and the staff couldn't be more welcoming. I'm looking forward to going back soon.

Had my 3rd vist here today and it never stops amazing me! The whole experience from walking through the door is relaxing! And the treatments are fantastic! They go that extra mile and to me it's the little extras that make this place stand out from other beauty therapy salons! It's a must go and am planing my next appointment as we speak! And on top of that the products are amazing I have different skin and normally react to products well not anymore my skin looks fantastic I feel great. Lovely Lauren and her husband Alex!! Passionate and fantastic at what they do, made us feel welcome & relaxed from the moment we arrived to the moment we left! We went in a group of 3 for Mother's Day, Lauren made sure we always together drinking herbal tea and making us all pampered and beautiful! I was unsure about what to have but went For Indian head massage and was amazing, highly recommend Lauren and her team! Will be back again shortly for more treatments

I just had the best deep tissue massage i think I've ever experienced by Bianca at Laroma Therapies in Worthing. Feeling so relaxed and relieved. They also have heated beds so if you having womanly pains ladies it just takes all the pain away. If you need one pop down it's very worth it!

Can't recommend enough! I have been seeing Lauren since the start of her journey what she has achieved is amazing!! Such a relaxed wonderful welcoming salon.Lauren is a passionate caring professional.....her love for what she does is really felt through her treatments! I started having reflexology at a very difficult time in my life ( I had never tried it until then) and I wasn't really sure how it would work....during the treatment I managed to completely shut off and relax (which is unheard of for me) I really feel it has helped with my emotional healing ❤️ thank you!!

Had an amazing 1 hour Full Body Massage along with an hours facial which included an Indian head massage. The staff are lovely and very friendly which instantly makes you feel comfortable. I took my son for a mini treatment after seeing a post about helping kids to relax, help with anxieties and sleep. He was very nervous but the staff are so friendly and understanding and there was no pressure - he loved it! And has asked if we can go back regularly - as if I need an excuse!

I had a deep tissue massage today and it was absolutely exactly what I needed. I’ve never had a massage before, so I thought it’d be a bit embarrassing but the masseuse (didn’t get her name - sorry!) was so lovely and I was not once made to feel uncomfortable/embarrassed. I’ve already booked to come back in September, I can’t believe there’s such a great therapy place just round the corner! 10/10 would recommend.

wow. Thank you so much for trying to straighten me out again after a year of working non stop in NHS it's taken its toll. Saffy was absolutely amazing and now for the first time in weeks I have not had any tension headaches.
