I have always had trouble with my sinuses and doctors always said there was no need to have my ears syringed but after having the hopi ear candle with Lauren at Laroma my head and ears felt so clear and I had such a better nights sleep and am still sleeping better I would highly recommend this treatment I can't believe my results even after the first treatment. Secondly I had the most amazing hot stone massage with Lauren I had been tense with knots in my back and the massage has relieved them and was the most relaxing massage when I left I literally thought I was floating on air. I could praise laroma so much more but I think you all should see for yourself All the staff are so kind and welcoming I can't wait for my next treatment xxx

Treated myself to an Indian head massage and can honestly say it left me feeling so relaxed and de stressed! Such a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere and felt totally at ease the minute I walked through the door. Lauren was so professional and tailored my treatment to what my body needed. Going through some really tough times, her treatments, such as reiki and massage have helped me mentally with my anxiety as well as physically. I have had quite a few massages at Laroma now, and they are all fantastic! I always come away relaxed and very sleepy! over the last two weeks I have had Rachel practice her Swedish massage on me and I have seen a great improvement! if anyone gets a chance to have Rachel whilst she is in training you are very lucky! looking forward to my next one next week! x

Jamie has fixed my back issues where no other person has been able to do. He is very knowledgeable and excellent at his job. Highly recommend Jamie and all the team at Laroma, always such a nice place to go and relax. Lauren has done an amazing job at creating a great team and fantastic location. Please go and see them, much better than any spar day as the service is so much more friendly.

Had my second reiki session with Lauren today, what an incredible experience! Usually I'm a typical over thinker that struggles to switch off, but Lauren has a way of getting me to switch off that noise and make me feel calm and grounded, I feel incredible! Thanks!

Had a really nice and relaxing full body massage with Holly and she found a horrible unknown to me knot and got rid of it with complete ease. Lovely staff, and is a really comfortable environment. Highly reccomend this place!

I had an amazing Swedish massage from Lauren yesterday. Doing the job I do (personal training) my body is constantly put through it's paces and I need to constantly maintain my strength and fitness. Ultimately, this can lead to a lot of tension. After my massage from Lauren my back felt free and relaxed and, for the first time in ages, I dozed off as soon as my head hit the pillow last night! Looking forward to trying some of the other treatments if they're all as good as that! ��

Coming from a medically trained background I was dubious about the use of Reiki healing but battling severe anxiety and depression has made me seek further therapies to aid me back to good health. The outcome has overwhelmed me. The combination of reflexology and reiki has left me feeling dramatically less anxious and with a feeling of being aloud to not always be at my best. Lauren and her team made me feel welcome, relaxed and genuinely cared for. Drawing from her own experiences she understands the importance of both physical and mental health and is open about these experiences to allow the client to feel more at ease. I have already made recommendations having only left the treatment room an hour ago. I will definitely be returning and taking my partner with me. Thank you Lauren!

I had my first treatments yesterday - hot stones, reflexology and Indian head massage. They were all amazing and the reflexology made me feel very relaxed in particular. Lauren is very friendly and welcoming and I would highly recommend to anyone. I will definitely be booking another appointment soon!

wow. Thank you so much for trying to straighten me out again after a year of working non stop in NHS it's taken its toll.
