Went for my first ever massage with my mum today at Laroma Therapies. Wow! The staff are so lovely, got to try herbal tea while mum was having her maggage (thankyou Alex ) I never knew massages could be such a mental thing as much as it is physical. Can't remember the last time I felt this relaxed! Thankyou Lauren! We will defiantly be coming back to try your other relaxing wonders 🙂

Great relaxing atmosphere. I have had a number of treatments with a number of different therapists every experience was as good as the last, I cannot recommend enough and will be returning as often as possible.

I had a reflexology session with Lauren and feel completely fantastic. I was so impressed that she picked up on my asthma and ear problems which I had forgotten to mention. She really knows her stuff. Can't wait for my next session.

Had my 3rd vist here today and it never stops amazing me! The whole experience from walking through the door is relaxing! And the treatments are fantastic! They go that extra mile and to me it's the little extras that make this place stand out from other beauty therapy salons! It's a must go and am planing my next appointment as we speak! And on top of that the products are amazing I have different skin and normally react to products well not anymore my skin looks fantastic I feel great. I have now been to Lauren a couple of times for massage and reflexology and have found her to be fantastic. She has really helped make progress on my knotted shoulders and having tried reflexology for the first time I would definitely recommend it. Lauren has a very warm personality which makes the experience all the better. Thank you Laroma!

Went in for a Swedish massage with Hollie last week. Explained that I had some neck and back pain and Hollie said that as Swedish is more relaxing she would adapt it to go deeper into the tissue on my neck and back. Result was a wonderfully relaxing massage, with the benefit of working out some serious tension and knots in my back. Will definitely be going back and would highly recommend, both the place in general and in particular Hollie, who was marvellous.

Visited Laroma this evening after only booking the appointment last minute the day before. Warm welcome by all and felt at ease straight away. I had a full body Swedish massage by Jamie on which he focused on places I said I had tension. Although I felt pain I was still very relaxed and very happy. After a chat I’m now returning for further treatments, recommend hot stone massage to help treat shoulder and neck tension. Can’t wait for my next visits. Highly recommend.

Can't recommend enough! I have been seeing Lauren since the start of her journey what she has achieved is amazing!! Such a relaxed wonderful welcoming salon.Lauren is a passionate caring professional.....her love for what she does is really felt through her treatments! I started having reflexology at a very difficult time in my life ( I had never tried it until then) and I wasn't really sure how it would work....during the treatment I managed to completely shut off and relax (which is unheard of for me) I really feel it has helped with my emotional healing ❤️ thank you!!

Have seen Lauren twice now and both times I have come out very relaxed. She is amazing, my baby was breeched and we have tried everything, I go and see Lauren and have a massage and baby and I are so relaxed she turns all by herself and is now head down. All within 24 hours. Thank you so much.

So yesterday I had a warm bamboo massage with Alex and I think it was the most therapeutic massage I have ever experienced. After your body is massaged with warm oil the hot bamboo canes are rolled over your body almost "ironing out" all the knots and you can ask to adapt the pressure according to what you feel is the most beneficial for you. I could definitely feel the benefit although I was a bit stiff today ! I'm guessing that rolling the canes over your thighs etc..helps to dispel the toxins and fat cells. It was so good I am having another one in a couple of weeks !! Please, please make an effort to visit this wonderful place and experience their great range of treatments xx

I had few days ago a massage therapy with Hollie at Laroma Therapy. I really recommend Hollie for a massage! She is great! Very intuitive! She usually works my back very well in the area of ribs, but this time insisted on my shoulders and back of head. Amazing, was the exact place I needed more massage. 😃 Thank you Hollie! Can't wait for the next one!

Simply WOW! I felt as if I was hovering in a threshold state of consciousness but aware of my surroundings and deeply indrawn...almost like a meditative state, of truthfully speaking I did not want to come out of! The immediate release of stress and a feeling of deep relaxation consumed my emotions...an experience I encourage everyone to have! For the first time in years following many adversities and struggles I had a sense of being, more centered and poised and less reactive, and more importantly....I'VE BEEN ABLE TO SLEEP! I have been extremely stressed recently. I needed some me time and some relaxation. This was 100% the right place. I had an indian head massage , reiki and a full body massage which was a little de stress package. Each treatment was fantasic. Lauren also gave me some tips and was a great listener. I cant recommend this more if you need to reset your life/mood/ have some me time. I have woken up this morning in a totally different head space and ready to take on the world . Highly recommend a block booking of reiki with Lauren. Throughout lockdown and navigating new motherhood at the same time, my weekly sessions really helped me to reground and rebalance. I feel able to handle almost anything life can throw at me now with calm, grace and stability. Today i had a Hot Stone and Warm bamboo combo. From the moment i arrived i was put at ease, shuch relaxing surroundings. The treatment itself was in my opinion the best ive ever had! I would highly recommend this to anyone.
