I strongly believe I was meant to meet this lovely lady Lauren at Laroma Therapies at this point in my life! Going through some really tough times, her treatments, such as reiki and massage have helped me mentally with my anxiety as well as physically. I can't recommend her enough..... her main ethos is to spread love and kindness to everyone she meets, she genuinely wants to help as many people as possible, especially those with mental illnesses, which is why her and her team have recently won an award for all they do for the community!!!! I had few days ago a massage therapy with Hollie at Laroma Therapy. I really recommend Hollie for a massage! She is great! Very intuitive! She usually works my back very well in the area of ribs, but this time insisted on my shoulders and back of head. Amazing, was the exact place I needed more massage. 😃 Thank you Hollie! Can't wait for the next one!

Had an amazing 1 hour Full Body Massage along with an hours facial which included an Indian head massage. The staff are lovely and very friendly which instantly makes you feel comfortable. Such a relaxing experience, I felt like a new person leaving. I can't believe I've never been here before, I've already booked my next appointment and I highly recommend Laroma. Thank you ladies. xx

So today I had a breath work session with the lovely Monika. I had not tried this before. She was very nice & I found the session really relaxing and something I will try again. It's well worth trying & Laroma is definitely the place to go for a little bit of me time. Really lovely people. See you soon!

I went here pre-COVID, for a full body massage, as a present to myself, and it was incredible. The staff ensured my comfort, asking the pressure preferences and made me feel so at ease and relaxed. It relieved a lot of tension and knots and I came out feeling a million dollars! Thank you! Monday, I had a virtual tarot card reading and it was exactly the motivation I needed to kick-start myself back into shape. Not just health and mindset wise but financially too. Lauren was so easy to talk to, I could have stayed on the call all night! Thank you so much!

Laroma is such a fantastic space to relax and have treatments. I have had a variety of treatments and all have been amazing - in particular the deep tissue massage (proper deep tissue, not the kind of gentle tickling you sometimes get!), hot stone massage (and recently the hot stone facial 😍), Indian head massage, reiki and reflexology are all really fantastic. The offers/combos and membership deals are very good value and they also offer regular model appointments at discounted rates. I love my time and treatments at Laroma and can’t recommend it highly enough!

Had my second reiki session with Lauren today, what an incredible experience! Usually I'm a typical over thinker that struggles to switch off, but Lauren has a way of getting me to switch off that noise and make me feel calm and grounded, I feel incredible! Thanks!

Had another treatment with Saffy on Thursday. Always nice to see the team at Lorama and catch up. My back is often very tense and uncomfortable due to my job hunched over as a tattooist but Saffy always manages to fix it for me with a deep tissue massage. Always leave feeling super relaxed and usually struggle to speak after being completely out of it! Thanks Saffy and team, see you again soon.

After 3 nights trucking to Birmingham and back, my lower back and glutes were really aching, thanks to Becki Gardner the new sports masseuse at laroma therapies my back has felt amazing today thank you. Definitely will be needing another treatment soon, and highly recommend if anyone needs a sports massage.
